Injured Law Enforcement Officers
Thin Blue Salvation Ministry's overall mission is to reach anyone searching for their own salvation. However, having been shot in the line of duty I understand the impact it has on the individual as a person and a law enforcement officer. Being injured in the line of duty, especially when the officer comes very close to death, can cause significant mental stress. Discussing this with someone who has been in 'the officer's shoes' can be important to the overall mental healing.
